Institutional and Corporate Technology (ICT) is one of five divisions within Technology & Data. We face off to the business and support services to develop and oversee the overall technology strategy and bespoke technology solutions to drive and enable the enterprise. Operations and Compliance Technology develops and maintains systems in support of Morgan Stanley's global Operations, legal and compliance business processes, including (but not limited to) Settlements, Confirmations, Regulatory Reporting, Position Keeping, Corporate Actions processing and other post-trade functions. We are looking for a UI Developer required to work on strategic projects and confirms systems in the OTC Derivatives business area. Projects are across all asset classes: Equities, Fixed Income, FX and Commodities. The developer will work in an Agile development life cycle and actively collaborate with teams worldwide.
Skills required (essential):
Java server side experience,
UI Technologies including C#, Angular
Multi-threading and parallelization,
experience developing transactional systems,
data access layers and abjects,
SQL, RDBMS (DB2 preferable),
understanding of messaging fundamentals,
Linux / UNIX OS.
Concordion and Python knowledge is desirable.
